Ingredients
1.5oz Kupu Spirits Whiskey
0.75oz Lime Juice, Freshly Squeezed
3oz Maui Brewing Co. Island Ginger Beer, chilled
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Lemon Wheel and Mint Sprig
Directions
Add the Kupu Spirits Whiskey and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Add the bitters, and top with the chilled Maui Brewing Co. Island Ginger Beer. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
