Ingredients
1oz Kupu Spirits Gin
0.5oz Kupu Spirits Island Amaro
0.5oz Lemon Juice
1 tsp Simple Syrup
3oz Prosecco to top
Lemon Peel for Garnish
Directions
Combine all ingredients except Prosecco in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a coupe, top with Prosecco and garnish with lemon peel.
