Island Amaro

Kupu Island Amaro can be enjoyed either by itself as an aperitif (before a meal), or as a balancing bitter component in cocktails like the Negroni or Boulevardier. Made with vodka and rum, Maui grown orange peel, Maui grown bitter orange, lemon peel, gentian root, sugar cane and red hibiscus for floral attributes.

Tasting Notes
Tropical citrus and lush floral aroma, with hints of dark stone fruits. Bittersweet blood orange taste, finishing with a silky mouthfeel and a lingering but balanced bitterness derived from ancient roots and barks.
